Privacy Policy

How Harakat handles personal information across our marketing site, startup workspace, office-provider tools, AI services, and connected business integrations.

Last updated: April 13, 2026

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Harakat website, demo and contact flows, the startup workspace, the office-provider dashboard, related administration tools, and the AI-powered services that support them.

Harakat is built for offices, accelerators, service providers, and startup teams. Depending on your role, your organization may control the workspace you use and the data made available to you inside that workspace.

Information We Collect

  • -Contact and demo request details such as your name, email address, organization name, team size, and the message you send us.
  • -Account, profile, and organization information such as names, email addresses, passwords, roles, branches, office assignments, and workspace settings.
  • -Operational workspace data such as documents, folder structures, service requests, support tickets, credits, team records, and platform configuration.
  • -AI interaction data such as prompts, assistant conversations, tool calls, uploaded context, and generated outputs when those features are enabled for your workspace.
  • -Integration data from services you choose to connect, including Google Drive files and folders, Gmail or Microsoft email data, calendar events, contacts, and related metadata.
  • -Technical and security data such as IP-based rate limiting signals, device or browser information, logs, timestamps, and error data needed to operate and protect the service.

How We Use Information

  • -To provide and secure the platform, authenticate users, manage permissions, and keep workspaces running reliably.
  • -To enable core product features such as document management, AI assistants, service workflows, marketplace access, office-provider operations, and credit-based resource allocation.
  • -To process demo requests, respond to inquiries, onboard customers, and provide customer support.
  • -To power integrations you request, such as syncing files, sending or reading email, creating calendar events, generating meeting links, or reading contacts for scheduling flows.
  • -To monitor performance, investigate abuse, troubleshoot incidents, and comply with legal or contractual obligations.

Google and Third-Party Integrations

When you connect Google services, Harakat accesses only the categories of information you authorize. Depending on the integration, this can include Gmail data, Gmail settings, Google Calendar events, Google Meet links, Google Contacts, Google Drive files and folders, and your basic Google profile information.

We use connected Google data only to provide user-facing features you or your organization request, such as reading or sending email, managing aliases or settings, scheduling meetings, reading contacts for attendee lookups, and syncing or browsing connected Drive content. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising.

Harakat's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Third-party providers you connect, such as Microsoft email services or cloud infrastructure vendors, may also process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

How We Share Information

  • -With your organization and its authorized administrators, when they control the workspace you are using.
  • -With subprocessors and infrastructure providers that help us host, secure, deliver, or support the service, subject to appropriate contractual controls.
  • -With integration providers and external services when you explicitly connect them or trigger workflows that rely on them.
  • -When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the platform.
  • -In connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or asset transfer, subject to applicable confidentiality protections.
  • -We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit trails, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary by data type. For example, account records may persist while a workspace is active, while integration tokens and synced data may be removed when a workspace disconnects an integration or requests deletion, subject to backup, legal, and security constraints.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information and workspace data. These measures may include access controls, authentication, logging, validation, and environment-level protections.

No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You and your organization are responsible for safeguarding credentials, managing permissions carefully, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Choices and Rights

  • -You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable and where your organization does not control the relevant workspace.
  • -Workspace administrators may be able to update user records, disable accounts, disconnect integrations, export data, or remove synced content directly from the platform.
  • -You can choose not to submit website forms or not to connect third-party accounts, but some features will then be unavailable.

International Use

Harakat is based in Jordan and serves organizations in multiple regions. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate, subject to appropriate protections and applicable law.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, integrations, legal obligations, or business operations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
