These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Harakat's website, startup workspace, office-provider dashboard, administration tools, AI-powered features, services marketplace, and related integrations.
By accessing or using Harakat, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Harakat on behalf of an office, accelerator, employer, service provider, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
What Harakat Provides
Harakat provides software and digital workflows designed for startup ecosystems and business operations. Depending on your plan and role, features may include team and branch management, document workflows, AI assistants, scenarios, service requests, office-provider tools, marketplace access, credits, support workflows, and third-party integrations such as email, calendar, contacts, and cloud storage.
Some features may be added, changed, restricted, or removed over time. Availability can depend on your subscription, organization settings, region, integrations, or beta status.
Accounts and Organization Control
- -You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- -You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.
- -If your account is issued or managed by an organization, that organization may control your access, manage permissions, view workspace content, and administer integrations connected to its workspace.
- -Workspace administrators are responsible for the users, settings, content, and permissions they authorize inside their organization.
Acceptable Use
- -Do not use Harakat for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or infringing activity.
- -Do not interfere with the platform, probe or bypass security controls, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access to other users, organizations, or systems.
- -Do not use AI features to generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or rights-violating content, including spam, impersonation, or unlawful surveillance.
- -Do not use connected third-party services in ways that violate their terms, policies, or usage restrictions.
Your Content and Workspace Data
You or your organization retain rights in content you submit to Harakat, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant Harakat the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that content to provide, secure, and improve the service for your workspace.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload content, connect integrations, invite users, and instruct Harakat to process data on your behalf.
AI Features and Outputs
Harakat includes AI-assisted features that may summarize data, draft content, recommend actions, route workflows, or generate outputs. AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation, so they should be reviewed by a qualified human before you rely on them.
You remain responsible for decisions, communications, approvals, compliance, and any downstream actions taken based on AI-generated content or recommendations.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
Harakat may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, cloud storage providers, and external communication tools. Your use of those services remains subject to the third party's own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, outages, policy changes, or acts and omissions of third-party providers. Features that depend on integrations may stop working if a provider changes access, revokes permissions, or experiences downtime.
Credits, Paid Services, and Commercial Terms
Some Harakat features operate through credits, service requests, subscriptions, or other commercial arrangements. Credit balances, service pricing, and feature access may depend on your organization's plan, office configuration, or separate commercial agreement.
If you have a separate written order form, proposal, enterprise agreement, or service schedule with Harakat, that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict with these public website terms.
Intellectual Property
Harakat and its licensors own the platform, software, branding, interface design, and all related intellectual property, except for customer content and third-party materials.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the platform except as permitted by law or by a separate written agreement.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe there is a security risk, legal violation, non-payment, misuse of the platform, abuse of integrations, or material breach of these Terms.
You or your organization may stop using Harakat at any time. Certain provisions by their nature survive termination, including rights relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, data protection, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harakat is provided on an as available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every workflow, AI response, integration, or output will meet your needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harakat and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Harakat after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
